This year the club runs from Monday 12th to Friday 16th August from 9.45am to 12.30pm at our Hall Lane site. Children can be dropped off between 9.30–9.45am.
We also run a cafe during the club for parents and carers through the morning where you can have a free cake and refreshments. Why not call in one morning after drop off or before pick up to get to know some of the leaders better?
The club is open to any child at primary school and is completely free of charge. Places are limited and the club is very popular so we strongly encourage you to book early.
On the Friday evening (6:00-7:30pm) we hold a Family BBQ event which includes a review of the week, a special puppet show and BBQ food. This is open to the whole family including any siblings who have been unable to attend the club. We would be grateful if you could indicate whether you are likely to be able to attend on the booking form.

Holiday Bible Club Registration 2019 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that if your child is already registered with Emmanuel Baptist Church via our online Child Registration Form (and there are no changes to either contact details or medical information), all you need to do is sign/tick the sections on page 4 and complete the following fields on page 3 of the form:
- Full name of child
- School year
- Name of parent/guardian
- Emergency contact phone number during Holiday Club
- Please state preference of family or friends to be placed in the same group as your child
